which means life or health in Zulu and Xhosa, respectively. Here, MPILA also stands for
Mentoring Plus International Leadership Academy, a dynamic initiative designed to
empower the next generation of leaders by providing a platform for mentorship,
leadership development, and personal growth. MPILA aims to nurture individuals'
potential by equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their
academic, professional, and personal endeavors.
