Programme & Bilingual Assistant

Fofogan, is an enterprising young leader and advocate in sustainable community development, youth development, and financial literacy. He is the Founder and CEO of FINC Global Investment and the Founder of Village Franҫais, a volunteering organization promoting multilingualism, interculturality, and international solidarity. Fofogan is a certified Financial Markets Expert, a certified Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation expert, a strategic leader, and a graduate of the Executive Strategic Leadership Management Masterclass from JAGILS. Currently, Fofogan is consultant in international cooperation with the focus International Exchange and Solidarity Volunteering at France Volontaires, working in collaboration with the French Embassy and the French team in Ghana to strengthen the cooperation between Ghana and France through volunteering.

Community and Leadership

Fofogan is a Social Entrepreneur, a well-known community development advocate with more than 18 years’ experience in international volunteering, leadership development and led many community development projects. Member of Junior Chamber International, the global organization of enterprising young leaders, he served as the 2024 JCI GHANA National President. He is passionate about empowering young individuals to embrace intentional self-leadership and actively contributes to building a more sustainable future.

Notable Achievements

Fofogan is bilingual (English and French), a trainer, an interpreter, a translator and a conference facilitator. He was awarded the most outstanding local president in 2021 by JCI Ghana and was JCI trainer for Africa and Middle East.
