Juanita is a social development professional with over 10 years of experience in human capital development, program coordination, curriculum development, research, and advocacy within the NGO sector. With a background in Psychology and Human Development, she holds an MBA from the University of Bolton. Juanita is passionate about community building, empowerment, and collaboration, and has made notable contributions, including developing youth-focused job readiness programs and conducting ground-breaking research on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in Ghana, leading to its reduction in West Africa.

Notable Achievements

Juanita has facilitated the National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Plan-NEIP in Ghana and has supported and led the launch of two training-focused foundations. She is known for designing and implementing innovative programs that make a meaningful impact on marginalized communities.
